After reading the tangle teezer review by Rati Ma’am and Kadambari on IMBB, many of us were tempted to buy it but couldn’t. Well, let’s admit it, it’s too expensive for a comb that makes your hair tangle free. I figured I’ll buy it for my birthday, but just then, Vega launched this detangling which is said to be very similar to the tangle teezer. Read on to find out whether this Vega Detangling Brush is a dupe of tangle teezer or not…….
Product Description:

Packaging:
The packaging is nothing fancy. It comes in a plastic box kind of case, in which you can store it after use. I just threw mine away as I am too lazy to put it back properly in the box after every use.
My Experience With Vega Detangling Brush:
I have really long curly to wavy hair which ends below my waist line. So you guys can imagine how hard it is for me to manage my beautiful locks. It gets tangled very fast, and that is the reason I was eager to buy the tangle teezer.
Now, coming back to the review, the Vega brush fits perfectly in my palms. Also, it does not feel very big and bulky. It fits my purse properly and does not take too much space, so it is very travel friendly. The Vega Brush is not as colorful as the Tangle Teezer is. It comes in a single color-black.
There are two types of bristles in this; long bristles and short bristles. I am not able to understand the need for two type of bristles in a single brush. I have tried to capture it in the pictures below. It does not feel harsh on your scalp at all. In fact, it stimulates your scalp. Since I have started using this brush, I have also noticed that I have much lesser hair fall than usual.
You will need a comb if you want to plait your hair neatly, but if you want a messy yet sophisticated braid, you can use this brush to achieve that look. It also works great for spreading hair products in the shower, or after taking one. It did not harm my hair much, only two to three strands might have got broken; and let me tell you, I am experiencing really bad hairfall. So no complains there.

Cons Of Vega Detangling Brush:
• Does not come in fun colors as the Tangle Teezer does.
• You may need a separate hair comb for neat hairstyles.

Will I Repurchase Vega Detangling Brush?
Yes, but only if this one gets damaged over the course of time.

We all wanted to try the Tangle Teezer but didn’t for obvious reasons. You can definitely try this; It is indeed a pretty close dupe.
