Consult your dentist twice a year. For a general healthy body it is a must that you have a dental checkup after every 6 months. Poor oral hygiene leads to various serious gum problems like tooth decay, bad breath, tooth loss etc. If you do not treat them regularly with proper treatment, they can leave negative impacts on your overall body too. Brush twice a day. Floss is also important and we often ignore it.
5. Visit A Gynaecologist
We visit a gynaecologist only when we suffer from any disease or irritation. If we identify the problems soon enough, we could relieve them with proper treatment. Cervical cancer and other serious diseases can be cured easily with the regular checkups by the gynecologist. You can get advice regarding birth control, intercourse and STDs too.

Self hygiene helps you to stay away from various diseases. Your hands and body should be clean every time. Cover your face when you are sneezing. Use cotton underwears only. Wash your private parts and maintain the pH balance using a vaginal wash.
7. Exercise More Often
Without exercise, our body tends to accumulate excess body fats in the body. Hence, we get various diseases too as a result. Exercise also helps you to prevent ageing. Exercise daily for a minimum of 30 mins. Climb steps, walk, swim, dance, join a gym and workout regularly. You can adapt to yoga and aerobics too. Exercising helps to kick out stress from your body along with the excess body fat. Instead of taking it as a boring job, make it enjoyable and seek fun. Play on the music, forget the heavy to-do list for the day for sometime, wear bright and colorful comfortable dresses to gym and enjoy your workout.
8. Keep A Check on Medicines
If you are using any medicines, be regular with it. Do not use antibiotics in excess. Women tend to use antibiotics as they are a quick fix to those pains which keep them from their house/office chores. Stick to what your doctor says regarding your health and medicines under all conditions.

Always use a sunscreen whenever you are going to face the sun. Hot weather also adds on to ageing as it makes the skin dry. Make CTM a part of your daily routine and stick with it, just like how you brush your teeth everyday! Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and drink sufficient water. This helps to improve the brightness and softness of your skin.

I know it’s really hard because no one purposefully and knowingly welcomes stress to their lives. But don’t you think we all get stressed even for petty issues? Those unpleasant situations at our home and workplace create both anxiety and stress in our lives. Yoga and meditation will help you to a great extent. Exercising also helps to de-stress. Be a part of some gaming activities, enjoy artistic work, take a walk, watch a movie, go to a spa, have a warm shower – all these help to get relief from stress.
